I went to Western Radiator after being referred there by a friend. The service was fantastic. Al was very hepful and friendly. He was very honest and trustworthy, qualities that can be hard to come by in the auto repair industry especially when you're a woman needing help. I was running around town looking for a fitting that unthreaded out of my aluminum radiator. After going to multiple shops, I finally came to western radiator. I either needed another fitting or the fittings removed without damaging it. Al, at western radiator, gave it a shot and was able to remove the fitting without damaging it. He was able to do the task in a couple minutes and ended up not even charging me. He was extremely helpful and saved me a ton of time. Thanks Al!
